Hi lads,(and John)!,just to wish you the best in Sweden next week, sure you will like the nylon ropes,if they still use them.Watch out for Killylough, they are your main opposition.

Would you do all of us at Oxney a favour?......
make sure James and Liam behave themselves!

All the best,Mick.

just reading Richard Askwiths’s excellant book on fell running, Feet in the Clouds, and came across this quote that i feel can easily transcend to tug of war. "Keep going. Keep going, whatever happens, however long it takes, however much it hurts; keep going or die trying. All moments are contained in this moment. master this moment and anything is possible". All the best to all the teams competing in the Worlds. Its in your own hands!!
