The recorded sentimental dramatization takes after the tale of an agriculturist Sarman (Roshan) who goes to the city of Mohenjo Daro and becomes hopelessly enamored with Chaani (Hegde)..
However, their love has to stand up against a power-hungry city chief Maham (Kabir Bedi) and his brutal son and successor (Arunoday Singh).
